We have lived near Lower Marsh for almost 10 years and we have seen already a couple of times in the past attempts to revive what apparently used to be a thriving local market. Occasionaly there are fun events such as Scoot the Thames which bring crowds to the area but it is mostly very quiet especially at weekends. Living near Waterloo station has some perks. We used to have the Eurostar on our doorsteps, now we have the Railway Children performances (no, really).
